As long as your male dog can lift its leg to urinate, then he will most likely use a Pee Pad Pal when placed on a training pad.

A: Again, leg lifting is natural to male dogs. The first time you see that your pet has used a Pee Pad Pal, reward him with a treat or loving praise.

Q: How will I know when to use a new Pee Pad Pal?

A: Usually Pee Pad Pals™ need to be changed after about 3 uses. Dogs will not usually continue to urinate on a saturated pad.
